The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all guests can enjoy an environment free of excessive noise, promoting relaxation and rest. Any behavior that goes against this policy will affect the quality of the other guests' experience and may result in corrective measures.
General rules
Quiet hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., guests are asked to keep noise levels low, both in their rooms and in common areas. During this time, loud noises, loud conversations, music or activities that may disturb other guests' rest must be avoided.
Common areas and activities: in common areas such as the pool, the gardens or the lounges, respectful behavior toward other guests is recommended. If the hotel organizes events that may generate noise (such as dinners, parties or musical activities), they will be limited in schedule and location to minimize interference with other areas of the hotel.
Music and sound devices: guests who wish to enjoy music or sounds in their rooms must keep the volume low. The volume of music and other electronic devices must be limited to avoid disturbing others.
Guest responsibility: guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors. Any guest of the hotel must follow the same rules of respect regarding noise levels. Failure to comply with these rules by guests or their visitors may lead to intervention by hotel staff, as stipulated in this policy.
Staff intervention: if annoying or disturbing noise is detected, hotel staff will give a verbal or written notice to the responsible guest, asking them to stop the activity. If a guest or their group persists in noisy behavior after being warned, the hotel reserves the right to move the guest to another room, or even ask them to leave the hotel without a refund.
Legal action: if the disturbances are serious, continuous or significantly disrupt the peace of the hotel, Hotel Isla Múcura may take legal action against the guest, including, but not limited to, claims for damages or liability for disturbing public order. Failure to comply with this policy could lead to additional financial penalties, covering the costs related to the interruption of the hotel's normal activities, as well as any damage caused to the reputation of the establishment or to the experience of other guests.
Designated areas for noisy activities: for events involving music, celebrations or noisy activities, these will take place in specific designated areas of the hotel. These activities will be subject to planning and control that minimize the impact on other guests.
Commitment to tranquility: all guests are responsible for maintaining an atmosphere of mutual respect and cooperation so that everyone can enjoy their stay in a calm and relaxing environment.
